Soccer is a fun and rewarding program
that helps ours kids
develop self esteem and other needed
skills that will last a life time.
Volunteering is a great way to help.
Being apart of our
kids lives is a gift beyond measure.
In a world of multimedia, fads, and
"got to have it attitudes"
you will come away with a
sense of purpose and accomplishment.

Staff Volunteer

Coach
-Must have prior coaching
experience in a Soccer
program.
-Must be familiar with Soccer
game rules.
-Must be able to instruct
other adult coaching staff
effectively.
-Must be flexible in coaching
style and adapt practices and
expectations according to the
reasonable ability level of
players.
-Must be committed to
attending every practice
and/or game for the duration
of the TOP Soccer season.
-Must be patient with all
players so that every players
experience is a positive one.

Coach
-Experience a
plus, but not necessary.
-Must be familiar with Soccer

instruction from Head
Coach effectively.

Buddies (Player Helpers)
-No experience or soccer game
knowledge necessary -your
goal is to help the players
during practice and games
play, keep them on task to
the best of your
ability, and make sure that
they are all having fun while
playing soccer.
-Must be able to accept
instruction from Coaches
effectively, and translate
that into helping the players
accomplish drills and game
play skills to the best
of their individual
abilities.
-Must be flexible/adaptable
to move between players when
and if necessary, as
different situations present
themselves.
-Must be committed to
attending every practice
and/or game for the duration
of the TOP Soccer season.
-Must be patient with all
players so that every players
